maple-rosemary toasted nuts

ingredients
- •1 cup organic pistachios
- •1 cup organic cashews
- •1 cup organic almonds
- •2–3 tsp organic maple syrup
- •1–2 tsp organic butter or olive oil
- •1–2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- •generous sea salt
instructions
warm a skillet over medium heat. nuts + butter/olive oil. until warmed and glossy. rosemary and cook 30 seconds. drizzle maple and stir for 1 minute until lightly caramelized. salt generously. spread on parchment to cool slightly before serving.
