maple-rosemary toasted nuts

ingredients

  • 1 cup organic pistachios
  • 1 cup organic cashews
  • 1 cup organic almonds
  • 2–3 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 1–2 tsp organic butter or olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • generous sea salt

instructions

warm a skillet over medium heat. nuts + butter/olive oil. until warmed and glossy. rosemary and cook 30 seconds. drizzle maple and stir for 1 minute until lightly caramelized. salt generously. spread on parchment to cool slightly before serving.
