instructions
allow the eggs to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to reduce the risk of cracking. fill a pot with enough water to fully submerge the eggs and bring it to a boil. using a spoon, gently lower the eggs into the boiling water. boil the eggs for exactly 7 minutes and 30 seconds. immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. carefully peel the eggs and enjoy them on toast, in salads, rice bowls, or on their own.
