parmesan potatoes

instructions
preheat your oven to 400°f (200°c). pour in a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil or melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese generously over the potatoes. cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy at the edges. remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or rosemary, if desired. immediately.
