instructions

pour in a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown rice flour, baking powder, and salt. until the batter is smooth. let it rest for 1–2 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid. lightly oil a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. pour a few spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet. until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set, about 1–2 minutes. flip and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until golden brown on the other side.
