lemon garlic yogurt dip

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as dill, parsley, or chives), finely chopped
  • optional: a pinch of cumin or paprika:

instructions

pour in a medium bowl, combine the greek yogurt, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth. add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper. pour in the fresh herbs and, if desired, a pinch of cumin or paprika for extra depth. until all ingredients are well incorporated. taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. let the dip chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
