cranberry sauce (maple, orange, & ginger)

ingredients

  • 2 bags organic cranberries
  • ½–1 cup maple syrup (to taste)
  • zest + juice of 1 orange
  • 1–2 tsp micro-grated ginger
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt

instructions

rinse cranberries. to saucepan with maple, orange juice, zest, ginger, and salt. until berries burst and mixture thickens (10–15 min). in vanilla off heat. chill until serving.
