baked pears with mascarpone, honey & cranberries

ingredients
- •4–6 ripe organic pears
- •½–1 cup mascarpone or ricotta
- •honey
- •fresh or dried cranberries
- •cinnamon
- •sea salt
instructions
heat oven to 375°f. halve pears + scoop a small well in the center. pears face-down for 15 minutes. flip, fill with mascarpone, drizzle honey, sprinkle cinnamon + cranberries. another 10–15 minutes until bubbling.
